Ich finde das Magnesium direkt super schmeckt auch fein nach Erdbeere. Ob es mir wirklich etwas bringt kann ich so nicht beurteilen leider ist so ein kleines fläschen nach kurzer Zeit etwa 1Monat schnell aufgebraucht wenn man es täglich einnimmt.
Utilizzo già da tempo questo magnesio di Joachim, niente crampi, migliore rilassamento la sera e migliore qualità del sonno
